Excellent recipe, as recommended adding cardomn is traditional out of the box using almond rather than vanillia. All norwegian cookie quality recipes derive from butter sugar almond and eggs.
I overlooked the butter extract plus they were nearly as good as my grandma's. They're great!

Great simple to use recipe. Added just a little Cardamom to have an ethnic taste. Loved this recipe used milk instead of cream and also you could not taste a positive change.
Great cookie! Folded nicely into cones. I dipped the tops in melted chocolate after which full of stable, sweetened whipped cream and small choc chips.
