Participation

The tours are arranged for individuals who are able to satisfy the needs for physical and psychical strength to understand the tour, see "Participant's responsibility". The people of DNT, Svenska Turistforeningen and Ferdafelags Islands will receive a member cost. Non-people need to pay yet another cost if membership isn't desirable. DNT doesn't have agreement using the Worldwide Youth Hostel Association or with any British or any other continental trekking association. You will find discount rates to see relatives people.

Reservations/alternation in booking
Reservations might be made straight to DNT Oslo og Omegn's secretariat, with a DNT representative or online. Please condition membership number, full title, address, E-Mail address and telephone number(work/private) of participants and condition the tour number, date of departure and meeting point. Early booking a very good idea. Changes of booking greater than thirty days before departure can be created in a control of NOK 300.00 per booking. Changes under thirty days before departure are regarded as cancellations susceptible to rebooking.

Prices

Incorporated within the cost: British speaking tour leader, visits, all foods and accomodation specified by the programme. Cost options: transport to/from Oslo incorporated or otherwise incorporated the foremost and the final day. DNT Oslo og Omegn has the authority to boost the prices just in case of recent tax rules, changes of exchange rate or any other unforeseen reasons. If the rise in cost surpasses ten percent from the tour cost, the participants is free of charge to cancel the reservation at no surcharge.

Confirmation/Payment

After your booking is created, confirmation from it along with a bill is going to be published forthwith. A first deposit is needed upon booking, and also the remainder is invoiced in a specified deadline. Payment might be produced by interbank transfer to Norwegian bank giro account # 4, or by Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard or Diners charge card. Responsibility/Insurance

Participation reaches your personal risk. Participants from abroad are encouraged to remove travel and cancellation insurance within their home nations, as a result insurance coverage is not incorporated in booking.
